The three founders of Paragon Design Studios have spent the majority of their careers in roles within small businesses, professional sports and the health and beauty industry where we had key roles in growing the companies. We understand firsthand how much effort and dedication it takes to succeed and are passionate about serving our community of fellow business owners.
Meet The Team
Hi! My name is Amanda and I am one of the three founders of Paragon Digital Studios.
I have been married to my wonderful husband since 2011 and have two sons who are such a joy!
I have been interested in web design since I was a teenager and have designed numerous sites over the years. I genuinely enjoy the science behind marketing and advertising and combining that knowledge with my love for web design.
I’ve spent the last six years as Operations Manager for a salon suite company. I understand how important every single detail of your business is and how it can impact the rest of the organization. During this role, I developed and maintained two websites for the company, produced technical writing (employee handbooks, safety training, operational guidelines) and digital and printed presentations (software training, insurance benefit materials) in addition to my day to day responsibilities.
Although I have graduated, I consider myself a forever learner. I enjoy reading and keeping up with the ever changing fields of marketing and social media. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, cooking and hanging out with my family.
I started my marketing career at the young age of 13 when I was asked to be a mascot at a charity event. Since that day, I continued my soon to be career when I worked for a professional sports team in Houston as a mascot and marketing coordinator.
During my time in sports, I worked for the Houston Aeros (AHL), Comets (WMBA), Rockets (NBA), Thunderbears (AFL), Texas Copperheads (AFL2) and Sugar Land Skeeters (ALPB). Not only did I work in the marketing department but also performed as a mascot and became Director of Game Presentation at Toyota Center.
I love working on my cars and filming for my Youtube channel on the weekends. My hobbies include running, traveling, spending time with family, and visiting the coastal beaches of Texas. I reside in the Houston area along with my wife and son.
I’ve been lucky to have had the opportunity to build a career by doing what I enjoy. Although my work history is across multiple industries, I have been able to use those collective experiences to apply it to Paragon. From a young age Ive been focused and committed to my work. When we had a vision for our future, we realized our roles complimented each other’s in a way that we could provide a truly unique and custom experience to support other small businesses.
I’m thrilled to say that I’ve learned from so many trained professionals in my field, but I know that I still have so much to learn from others in the industry. I’m a hard worker, a team player and excited to see what projects could benefit from my unique skill set.
In my free time I enjoy bowling, golf, and being outdoors with my wife of 12 years and my two kids.
